GEC’s strategic planning module is based on assessing the current practices of schools, examining its future vision, and determining the methods to be adopted for reaching its goals by asking the following questions:
•    Where is your school now?
•    Where do you want your school to be?
•    How will your school get there?
•    How do you measure your school’s level of progress?

Our aim is to guide you through the developmental and implementation process by consistently redirecting the energy and focus on school improvement, maximizing the educational, operational, governance and financial performance.
